Mobinnova is actually a handset maker under Foxconn Electronics. A Chinese report from Commercial Times points to them as Sony Ericsson’s new partner in creating their follow-ups to the Xperia X1

The reason why Sony Ericsson has not yet been revealed,  it’s probably not because of HTC’s lackluster work on design.

Another news confirms that Sony Ericsson will be rolling out new Windows Mobile smartphones in the future, although you can forget about seeing HTC’s touch. HTC will have to keep their hands full with the second coming of Google’s Android phone.
